Sir Edward Garnier, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, attended a reception held at 10 Downing Street on Tuesday 18 April to celebrate the Sikh festival Vaisakhi.

Vaisakhi is a historical and religious festival observed by both Sikhs and Hindus and marks the Sikh New Year.
